This policy covers VoiceQuik website visitors, account holders, and — where we act as a processor — conversation data handled by AI agents on behalf of our business customers. For product questions, visit Contact Us.
1. Introduction
VoiceQuik ("VoiceQuik," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered voice and customer engagement platform operated by LDT Technology. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our products and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using VoiceQuik, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal information processed through our website (voicequik.com), application dashboards, APIs, AI voice agents, chat and messaging channels (including WhatsApp where enabled), and related support communications.
If you are a business customer using VoiceQuik to interact with your own end users (for example, callers or chat contacts), you are typically the data controller for that end-user data. VoiceQuik acts as a service provider / data processor on your behalf, subject to your agreement with us and your instructions.
3. Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
Account and contact details: name, business email, phone number, company name, role, billing details, and login credentials.
Product usage data: configuration settings, agent workflows, CRM and integration connection metadata, feature usage, logs, and performance metrics.
Conversation data: call audio, transcripts, chat messages, WhatsApp or other messaging content, call metadata (time, duration, direction), and related customer interaction records processed by your VoiceQuik agents.
Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, and similar diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Services.
Communications: messages you send to sales, support, or HR, including email and phone inquiries.
4. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you register, configure agents, connect integrations, contact us, or purchase a plan. We also collect information automatically through cookies, similar technologies, and product telemetry.
When you deploy VoiceQuik agents, we process conversation data that you or your end users provide during calls and chats, and data received from third-party tools you connect (such as CRMs, calendars, or messaging platforms), according to your configuration and permissions.
5. How we use information
We use personal information to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the VoiceQuik platform and AI voice/chat features.
Authenticate users, manage accounts, process payments, and deliver customer support.
Generate transcripts, summaries, lead qualifications, appointment bookings, and other outputs configured by your team.
Monitor reliability, detect abuse or fraud, troubleshoot issues, and secure our infrastructure.
Communicate product updates, service notices, and (where permitted) marketing messages — you may opt out of non-essential marketing at any time.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
6. AI, voice, and conversation processing
VoiceQuik uses artificial intelligence and related technologies to understand speech and text, generate responses, qualify leads, book appointments, and automate support workflows. Depending on your setup, this may involve speech-to-text, natural language understanding, and model-assisted generation.
Conversation content is processed to deliver the Services you request. We do not sell personal conversation data. Where we use subprocessors (for example, cloud hosting or speech/AI providers), they are engaged under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms appropriate to the service.
Customers are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents from their end users before recording calls or processing personal data through VoiceQuik.
7. How we share information
We may share information with:
Service providers and subprocessors who help us host, process, analyze, communicate, or bill for the Services (for example, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, email delivery, and AI/speech vendors).
Integrations you enable, such as HubSpot, WhatsApp, or other tools you connect — data is shared according to your configuration and those providers’ policies.
Professional advisors, auditors, or authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Conversation recordings, transcripts, and related logs may be retained according to your account settings, plan features, and our operational backup practices. You may request deletion of account data subject to legal and technical limitations described in Section 11.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These may include access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and staff confidentiality obligations.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us promptly using the details in Section 15.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and product may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how some features work.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to specific processing. You may also have the right to data portability or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Account holders can often update profile details directly in the product. For other requests — including deletion of account or conversation data — contact us at sales@ldttechnology.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are an end user of a VoiceQuik customer, please contact that business first, as they control your relationship data.
12. International data transfers
VoiceQuik and LDT Technology may process and store information in India, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers consistent with applicable law.
13. Children’s privacy
VoiceQuik is designed for business use and is not directed to children under 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use of VoiceQuik after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
